Now you can book and manage all your appointments with the new Genbook app. Available in the iTunes and Google Play store under Genbook. Then launch it and do a search for Bellevue Family Counseling and you will easily find me there.

Fees

Payment is due upon completion of each session. Your insurance company may provide coverage for our services. Please check directly with them.  If you request, we will provide you with an invoice upon receipt of payment.

Insurance

Marlon Familton is currently an in-network provider for Premera, Lifewise, and First Choice.  If you are coverd by a company we are in-network for, we are happy to submit a claim on your behalf. Otherwise we will provide you an invoice upon payment.

Rates: $130 per 50 min session. Longer sessions will be prorated.

1. Book Online

I want to make booking an appointment easy for you.  Feel free to use my online scheduler or call my confidential voice mail.  If you schedule online, you will receive an email confirmation when you schedule and also one when I confirm the appointment. 

2. Call

call my confidential voice mail and let me know the day and time you want to come in.  Please leave a number that I may use to call back and confirm the appointment.

If we meet for the first session and either one of us believes that we would not be a good therapeutic match for each other, I will not charge for the session. Finding a therapist that you trust and believe will be supportive for your situation is important.
