Now you can book and manage all your appointments with the new Genbook app. Available in the iTunes and Google Play store under Genbook. Then launch it and do a search for Bellevue Family Counseling and you will easily find me there.
Payment is due upon completion of each session. Your insurance company may provide coverage for our services. Please check directly with them. If you request, we will provide you with an invoice upon receipt of payment.
Marlon Familton is currently an in-network provider for Premera, Lifewise, and First Choice. If you are coverd by a company we are in-network for, we are happy to submit a claim on your behalf. Otherwise we will provide you an invoice upon payment.
Rates: $130 per 50 min session. Longer sessions will be prorated.

If we meet for the first session and either one of us believes that we would not be a good therapeutic match for each other, I will not charge for the session. Finding a therapist that you trust and believe will be supportive for your situation is important.
